The Best Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients (makes two loafs):
- Butter or Pam Spray for pans
- 3 ½ cups all-purpose Flour (do not pack)
- ¾ teaspoon Sweetzfree
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 4 large eggs (lightly beaten)
- 1 - 15 ounce can Pure Pumpkin Pack
- 2 teaspoons fine Salt
- 2 teaspoons Baking Soda
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 teaspoon Nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon Allspice
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon Cloves
- 2/3 cup Water
Directions:
- Preheat oven at 350 degrees.
- Butter and flour dust two 9” x 5” loaf pans.
- Whisk together the Sweetzfree and oil in a large bowl, then whisk the eggs and pumpkin in until combined.
- Next combine all the dry ingredients together and whisk until well combined.
- Add half of the dry ingredients to the pumpkin mixture and stir well.
- Add half the water and stir well.
- Repeat with remaining flour and water mixture and mix well.
- Divide the batter into 2 pans; bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour.
- Loaves will be golden brown and cake tester should come out clean.
- Cool loaves in pan for about 15 minutes on wire rack before removing from pan. Let cool completely before serving.
