
Freezer Coleslaw

Crunchy, tangy, and easy to store!
1 bag shredded cabbage & carrots (cole slaw mix)
Dressing
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup white vinegar
1/4 tsp Sweetzfree
1/8 cup water
1 teaspoon celery seed
1 teaspoon mustard seed
Combine and boil for 1 minute. Cool and pour over slaw and mix well. Freeze overnight in individual servings, thaw or microwave to enjoy.
You can double or triple this recipe and freeze it in plastic freezer containers. It thaws quickly and makes side dish or snack to pull out when you need something quick.
