Frosted Strawberry Lemonade

Ingredients

• 1¼ cups whipping cream
• ½ tsp vanilla extract
• 2/3 cup chopped fresh strawberries
• ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
• 3-4 drops Sweetzfree
• 1 ½ cup crushed ice
• ½ cup water

Directions

• In large bowl whip the cream and vanilla until stiff peaks form; dallop large spoonfuls onto parchment paper and freeze (about
  3 hours).
• Once frozen, peel from paper and place in blender with strawberries, lemon juice and Sweetzfree; blend until smooth.
• Add ice and water and blend.
• Taste and add Sweetzfree if desired.
